As an independent certified personal trainer, yoga and Pilates instructor, Judy provides one-on-one and small group training at Health Pros Training Center, or in your home or business or in her private studio. Judy holds certifications as a Certified Personal Trainer (ACE), and in Yoga, Pilates, Special Populations, and TRX training.

Focused on clients with specific needs, Judy's goal is to help you incorporate exercise into your daily life and have some fun while keeping your body strong and healthy.

Clients of all ages and abilities are welcome, however Judy's unique specialty is the 50+ generation, with expertise in limited physical abilities, i.e.,  arthritis, back and knee issues, hip and leg replacements, shoulder injuries. obesity, diabetes, heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, stroke victims, and more.
